Who is Shop and Go?

Shop and Go is a sole trader run by a small team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. We're an online store: we sell through this website and ship every order with The Courier Guy.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your parcel. You see the exact cost before you pay. We deliver within South Africa only.

How long will my order take?

Orders usually arrive within 2 to 7 business days after payment. Outlying areas can sit at the longer end of that range.

Can I return something?

Yes. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours. Our return and refund policy has the full details.

Do you sell in bulk?

Many products are listed both as singles and as packs. If you need more than the largest pack we list, email shopandgoza@gmail.com with the product and quantity and we'll tell you what's possible.

How can I pay?

By debit or credit card on our secure checkout. We don't offer invoices, EFT or payment on delivery.
